PROYECTOR - COIMBRA EXTENSION

The Space for Arts, Multimedia and Performance welcome an extension of the 5th edition of the International Festival of Video Art Proyector 2012, in partnership with the FONLAD Festival (PT). 

PRYECTOR is a festival focused on video art that takes place every year in Madrid, with an extension in Coimbra.
The Space for Arts, Multimedia and Performance welcome an intervention by the French artist Raphael Larre, that especially travel to Portugal to present a video installation centered on the stories "Le Petit Chaperon Rouge" and "Le Petit Poucet".





RAPHAEL LARRE

Having obtained a diploma from the Ecole Nationale des Beaux Arts in Paris in 2005 with honors from the jury, Raphaël Larre became resident artistic section of the Casa de Velazquez in Madrid from 2006 to 2008.
Raphaël's goal is the pursuit of design in the broadest sense of the term. Performs motion videos of drawings inspired by everyday and today.
Regularly he collaborates with visual artists, music composers and sound to accomplish several projects or multidisciplinary performances "The Fluxus thing" (House of  Velazquez, Madrid; Solitud Akademi, Stuttgart), "Metaphases de los Sentidos y Espacios" (Espacio Menos Uno, Madrid), Ruidocracia (Madrid).

He participated in several personal and collective exhibitions: Palais de Tokyo (Paris), Plastic Art Circuit and photography (Madrid), Ruidocracia (performances, Madrid), Domaine de la Garenne Départemental Lemot (Clisson), Galerie Popy Arvani (Paris).
He developed a intersonic platform  with the sound artist Daniel Xavier Gonzalez "Meta-Chroniques de l'Actualité", audiovisual performances for Cordoba (Argentina) thanks to a grant from the Centre National des Arts Plastiques which supports research and the creation and designed several performances in which the design plays an important role, as in Paris or more recently in Uberlândia (Brazil). 
He is currently a professor of art education at the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Toulouse and is represented by Galerie Popy Arvani (Paris).

  FONLAD 2022 O Projecto Videolab, em parceria com o Centro Cultural Penedo da Saudade, a Casa da Esquina e o EAMP - Espaço Virtual de Artes Multimédia e Performance, apresentam a 17ª edição do Festival Fonlad. Na sua 17ª edição, o festival Fonlad recebeu mais de 200 propostas de filmes oriundos dos 5 continentes. Após a seleção, a direção do festival escolheu uma lista de 25 filmes, que serão apresentados na Casa da esquina a 8 de Julho e online no EAMP entre 25 Junho e 9 de Julho. Na sua programação para 2022, o Festival recebe dois antigos colaboradores e amigos, que, mais uma vez, regressam a Coimbra para apresentar novos projetos artísticos. Em colaboração com os festivais internacionais Magmart (Itália), Miden (Grécia), Strangloscope (Brasil) e Proyector (Espanha), a direção do festival apresentará uma série de mostras de vídeo arte que se distribuirão pelos espaços do Centro Cultural Penedo da Saudade (a 25 Junho, 18h00) e na Casa da Esquina (2 e 8 Julho, 21h30).

LAZZARO, Art Doesn't Sleep

  Na sua 5ª edição, Lázzaro - Art Doesnt Sleep, conta com a participação de cerca de 30 artistas, será apresentado, em simultâneo, em 5 países; Novid Sad e Belgrado (Sérvia), Maastrich (Holanda), Stroudsbourg e Nova York (Estados Unidos), Coimbra (Portugal), Lima (Perú), Madrid (Espanha), Kolkata e Kohima (Índia), num total de 15 projeções em edifícios urbanos. Lembraremos para sempre esses meses de confinamento forçado entre o vazio e o apelo à vida, entre a solidão e a hiperconexão generalizada. Nesse período, os artistas não pararam de produzir e olhar para dentro e para fora de si. Pediu-se a qualquer pessoa que, com um projetor - pessoas não necessariamente ligadas ao mundo da arte, associações, instituições públicas ou privadas - que colocássem os seus projetores fora das suas janelas, projetendo arte nas paredes dos edifícios em frente. The Performance Festival LINE UP ACTION emerged in 2010 on the IC   Zero Association curated by the artist and performer António Azenha . The LINE UP ACTION festival proposes to establish a recurring event in Portugal reference within the performance art . This artistic expression born in the interstices of the vanguards and neo - avantguards of the XX century , definitely asserting itself in the decades of 60/70 . To date , the transdisciplinary nature , contingent and untimely of performance art has continued to evolve and mutate, dialoguing with a huge diversity of speeches and media .
